The Lettering Arts Trust is a charity supporting the heritage craft of letter carving in stone. There are practitioners of this craft with businesses around Suffolk and the UK.
All profits from The Lettering Arts Trust commissions service go to apprenticeships and training programmes.
The Lettering Arts Trust is popping up in Aldeburgh and there are several letter carvers in Suffolk and Norfolk with thriving businesses, creating memorials, public art and other lettering in stone
Pop up Shop and Letter carving talk
- Date: 13th June from 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Where: Aldeburgh Church Hall, Victoria Rd, Aldeburgh IP15 5DY
- Time: Open all day 10:00 – 17:00
- 11:30am: Tour of letter carving in the church yard and talk
- 12:00 – 13:00: Drinks
- Cost: Free event
