The latest event in an ongoing series of Landscapes for All events took place last week, as part of the Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’s efforts to make our landscapes even more accessible.

RAMA – Refugee, Asylum Seeker & Migrant Action visited Mistley in the Coast & Heaths. This was originally meant to be a walk to Flatford from Manningtree Station, but with the recent weather and flooding, plans were changed at the final hour to walk to Mistley instead. 

The group caught the train from Colchester to Manningtree station. Rail tickets were fully funded by Greater Anglia and the group got to see Old Knobbley, the 800-year-old oak tree!
