Landscapes for All

Guided Nature Walks with Free Rail Travel

The Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape is protected not only for its incredible natural beauty, but for the importance of the area for wildlife conservation.

There are many parts of the National Landscape where people can come face-to-face with nature, from wading birds in the Stour and Orwell estuaries, to rare butterflies in our fantastic forests.

Unfortunately, many people often face barriers in accessing these beautiful areas. Transport has been identified as one of the biggest barriers together with lack of knowledge of the area and not knowing how to get there.

We want to give everyone the opportunity to experience these natural wonders for themselves, so are offering a series of guided nature tours including FREE rail travel at various locations across the National Landscape.

Walks will be led by our Landscapes for All Officer and a specialist guide. Group size for these walks is 15 people, however, if you are a community group booking which is larger, please contact Landscapes for All Officer, Jenny Moss at [email protected] or phone 07514723515 and let us know and we will try to accommodate.
